24 hour Racket Sports Endurance Extravaganza!
On Friday AGS Sport and PE embarked upon their toughest challenge yet -even tougher than any London Marathon or Austrian Ironman!
As the team approached the final few months before they travel to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, for the tour, AGS Sport and PE wanted to turn their attentions to a major fundraising event, the AGS Racketathon. 24 hours of playing Squash, (Short) Tennis and Badminton, starting at 16.00 on Friday 16 June and concluding at 16.00 on Saturday 17 June.
It all swung into action on Court One with the Head taking on our out-going Head Boy of School, Silas Glover (13De) in a thrilling 11-8, 11-9, 11-9 session! Congratulations to Silas!
Students continued the fun throughout the evening and night, with intense scenes both on and off the court with a word tile game turning competitive!
We are incredibly humbled and thrilled to announce that we have raised an incredible £4,000 to date!
